Bobby J. Junes joined Towne & Country Real Estate in September 2007. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise and we look forward to his future contributions to Towne & Country.

Bobby is a life-long resident of Richmond. He received his BA from Hampden-Sydney College with a concentration in Economics. Bobby has an MBA from VCU with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Development; a Master’s Degree in Divinity from Virginia Union University; and he has done post-graduate studies in Real Estate Development and City Planning at Georgia Tech.

In addition to his Real Estate license, Bobby is also a certified real estate appraiser. He currently is Owner and Manager of Junes Appraisal Service, Richmond, which evaluates single family, multi-family, commercial, land, and real estate development projects. Bobby also is Partner and General Manager of J & L Development LLC, Richmond, a residential and land investment company whose primary function is the purchase of vacant land for both residential subdivision or investment purposes and the subsequent development of the parcel.

Bobby’s past experience includes:

• Henrico County Board of Real Estate and Review, where he served as one of five individuals on a citizen review board.
• Henrico County Recreation and Parks Commission, where he was one of ten commissioners selected to oversee the existing and future programs offered by the county’s Recreation and Parks Department.
• Habitat for Humanity, Bobby served in the capacity as Project Director responsible for the identification, purchase, and development of vacant sites in the Richmond area.
• Citizens Democracy Corp. in Baku, Azabaijani. Bobby served as a lecturer at the University of Azerbaijani on the application and techniques of commercial and residential appraising.
